Privacy policy
This policy covers the fidar.cloud marketing website. Your business data inside the Fidar application is governed by your subscription agreement and workspace settings.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Fidar Shabake Alborz, Roudaki Building, between Roudaki St. and East Khayyam St., Madar Square, East Mehrvila, Karaj, Iran. For any privacy question, email sale@fidar.cloud.
What we collect
- Form submissions: when you fill in the demo, contact or “Notify me” forms, we store what you entered (such as name, email, phone, company and message) along with the page you submitted from and the time.
- Visit statistics: to understand which pages are useful we use Umami, running on our own server. Umami sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable data — only aggregate statistics such as page viewed, referrer, browser type and country.
- Technical server logs: IP address and request time are kept for a limited period for security and abuse prevention.
What we don’t collect
This website has no advertising cookies, loads no social-media scripts or third-party trackers, and serves all fonts and files from our own server. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark mode choice, which never leaves your browser.
Why we use data
Form data is used only to respond to that request: arranging a demo, replying to your message or telling you when a module you asked about ships. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where and how long it is kept
Form data is stored in our own database and backed up daily. Leads that don’t lead to a business relationship are deleted at most two years after the last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted — just email sale@fidar.cloud.
