Platform
Management dashboards and reporting on your whole company’s data
Reporting in Fidar is a platform layer, not part of one module. Every module uses the same reporting engine, so sales, finance and operations see the same numbers and every manager builds their own dashboard without waiting for IT.

Data architecture
Why Fidar’s numbers agree
Inconsistent reports usually come from scattered data. In Fidar every report reads from one source with one definition.
Small real-time reports run directly on operational data. Heavy analytical reports run on a separate analytical layer that is updated in near real time and already includes Jalali and Gregorian dates, quarters and fiscal years.
The same design lets reporting infrastructure grow with your data without breaking a single report.
- 1Operational queriesSmall real-time reports with full access control.
- 2Analytical layerAnalysis-ready tables updated from system events.
- 3Heavy aggregatesPre-computed views refreshed on a schedule.
- 4Growth pathMore reporting capacity without changing reports.

Security
Reports never bypass permissions
Fidar’s rule is simple: if you can’t see a document, you won’t see its number in any total or chart.
- Runs with the viewer’s accessA shared report shows each person the numbers in their own scope.
- Sensitive fields maskedSalaries, national IDs and unit costs stay hidden in reports and exports.
- Time and row limitsEvery report query has a timeout and row cap so the main system stays fast.

Reporting & BI FAQ
What is a management dashboard?
A page that shows key performance indicators (KPIs) side by side with charts and trends so a manager can see the state of the business at a glance.
How is BI in Fidar different from a standalone BI tool?
Standalone BI tools copy data out of several systems and usually lose the access rules. In Fidar reports run on the same data with the same permissions as the system. See what is BI.
Can I send data to another BI tool?
Excel export from any report is available today. A public API for integrating other tools is on Fidar’s integration roadmap.
Are statutory financial reports included?
Standard financial reports such as the balance sheet, P&L and trial balance arrive with the Accounting module.
