Pricing FAQ

What does “Start free” mean, and what are the limits?

You sign up without a credit card and create your workspace on its own address. The exact terms of the free period will be published on this page together with prices; until then, contact sales for details.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone who signs in to Fidar with their own username. Deactivated users stop counting from the next month, and their history is kept.

Can I change plan or modules mid-term?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated by day. Downgrades and removed modules take effect from the next billing period.

Do I pay for modules that haven’t shipped yet?

No. Only “Available” modules appear on your bill. See the status of every module on the roadmap.

Which payment methods do you accept, and do you issue official invoices?

Payment methods and invoicing terms will be published together with prices. Organisations that need a formal pro-forma invoice can already write to sale@fidar.cloud.
