Industry solution

Distribution software that sees sales, stock and receivables together

Distributors work on thin margins, and every untracked discount, bounced cheque or expired item comes straight out of profit. Fidar puts customers, orders, stock and receivables on one dataset so distribution managers decide with real numbers.

Challenges

What eats distributors’ margins

  • Uncontrolled discounts

Each rep gives their own discounts and the effect on margin shows up only at quarter end.

  • Overdue receivables and cheques

You keep selling to customers over their credit limit or with bounced cheques.

  • Unplanned routes

Territory coverage is unknown and some retailers go unvisited for weeks.

  • Expired stock

New stock ships first while older goods expire in the warehouse.

Distribution software FAQ

Do field reps need a separate app?

No. Fidar is web-based and responsive and runs fully in a mobile browser; on-site ordering is designed for that environment.

When will Sales & Distribution be ready?

Sales and price lists is the first commercial module after the base edition on the roadmap. Meanwhile, set up CRM and Contacts so customer data is ready.

Does it manage customer cheques?

Full cheque management is part of the Accounting module and Iran localization design, and each customer’s cheque status will appear on their CRM card.

Why would a distributor use a sales pipeline?

To win new wholesale customers and dealers. See CRM for small and mid-sized businesses.
