Cloud — on fidar.cloud
Create your workspace on its own address in minutes. Updates, backups and maintenance are on us; monthly or yearly subscription based on plan, modules and users.
Fidar brings leads, customers, activities and reports together on one modular platform, then grows with you module by module into accounting, inventory and manufacturing — in our cloud or on your own servers.

Modules install independently but share one database, one contact list and one access model — nothing is ever entered twice.
Pivots, charts and a drag-and-drop dashboard builder on all your data, plus scheduled reports and conditional alerts without an IT ticket.
From roles and org scope down to field security and amount limits — and a “Why can they see this?” tool for precise answers to auditors.
Native Persian, right-to-left and Jalali calendar from day one — and at the same time multilingual, multi-company and ready for regional markets.
Document chain
In Fidar each document is created from the previous one and the trail is kept end to end. From an invoice you can walk back to the order, the work order and even the first call with the customer — no copy-paste, no spreadsheet in between.

Modules
Start with the modules you need today. Every module you switch on later plugs into your existing data and permissions.
Pipeline, leads and deals, kanban stages and revenue forecast.
One shared list of people and companies for every module.
Calls, meetings and tasks with Jalali or Gregorian calendar and reminders.
Pivots, charts and drag-and-drop dashboards on all your data.
Roles, org scope, record rules and field-level security.
Turn modules and add-ons on with one click.
Standard chart of accounts, automatic journals and bank reconciliation.
Quotations, orders, tiered discounts and field-sales routes.
Purchase requests, RFQs, orders and goods receipt.
Multi-warehouse, lots and serials, cycle counts and putaway.
BOMs, work orders, material and capacity planning.
Employee records, attendance, payroll and Iranian social insurance.
Platform
Any list in Fidar turns into a pivot or chart in one click. The no-code report builder combines fields from every active module, and you can pin the result to a dashboard.
Every user sees exactly what they should. Six access layers stack on top of each other, and the “Why can they see this?” tool shows which role or rule granted access.
Security and user accessEvery customer, deal or document carries a live history: internal notes, @mentions, stage changes and scheduled activities. No more piecing a customer’s story together from messaging apps.
Press Ctrl K to find any record, page or command: “new lead”, “customer Parsian” or “quarterly sales report”. For people who spend hours a day in the system, that means far fewer clicks.
The Jalali calendar, Persian digits and right-to-left layout are built into the platform. The same data switches to English and Gregorian dates in one click — for teams and partners outside Iran.
Iran localizationBuilt for the shop floor
On the roadmapFidar’s manufacturing modules are designed for the shop floor: data comes from the machines themselves, not from forms filled in at the end of a shift.
Security at a glance
Each organisation’s data is fully isolated, and every change is recorded — with user and timestamp — in a history that cannot be edited.
Deployment
The cloud and on-premise editions share one codebase and one experience. Move your data between them whenever you need to.
Create your workspace on its own address in minutes. Updates, backups and maintenance are on us; monthly or yearly subscription based on plan, modules and users.
For organisations whose data must stay inside their own network: one-command install, controlled updates and even a fully offline mode with no internet connection. Annual licence.
Localization
Accounting software only keeps the financial books. An ERP runs all of a company’s processes — sales and customers through inventory, manufacturing and HR — on one shared set of data. “Cloud” means Fidar runs in the browser and installation, backups and updates are handled for you. If you are asking what ERP is, start with the glossary.
The first release includes the platform core, Contacts, CRM, Activities & Calendar, chatter and notes on records, Reports & Dashboards, Users & Access and the Module Store. Accounting, sales, inventory, manufacturing and HR are on the roadmap, where we publish the status of each one openly.
Yes. The on-premise edition is the same product as the cloud, installed on your servers under a licence, and it can run fully offline. Contact sales for hardware sizing and licensing.
Each organisation’s data is isolated from every other, connections use TLS 1.3, sensitive fields are encrypted and every change is written to an immutable audit log. Two-factor sign-in, passkeys and enterprise SSO are supported.
A cloud subscription has three parts: plan, active modules and number of users, billed monthly or yearly. The on-premise edition has its own licence. See pricing for details.
You can import contacts and leads from an Excel or CSV file in minutes; Fidar maps the columns and flags duplicates before saving. For larger datasets we plan the migration together in a demo session.
Start with CRM and reporting; every new module that ships plugs into the same data with one click.
